Legacy Schools throughout Canada are invited to the second annual National Indigenous Peoples Day event at Scotiabank Arena in downtown Toronto!

This year we’re celebrating Indigenous Excellence: Past, Present, and Future with 1,500 students in-person at Scotiabank Arena, and thousands more tuned in virtually, to hear from Indigenous Elders, performers, speakers, and artists!

Afterwards, students attending in-person will have the opportunity to visit a series of learning stations around the concourse of the arena and participate in meaningful discussions on Indigenous cultures, languages, and knowledge.

The concert portion of the event will be streamed live, and virtual participants will be provided with resources to engage in learning and action throughout the day.
