June is National Indigenous History Month

For National Indigenous History Month, DWF is celebrating Indigenous Excellence: Past, Present, and Future. Join us on Instagram and Facebook and learn about First Nations, Inuit, and Métis changemakers. On Tuesdays, head to our Instagram stories to participate in #IndigenousTriviaTuesday! Celebrate Indigenous History Month in your classrooms or with your youth groups with DWF’s educational worksheets.

Buffy Sainte-Marie shares the importance of learning about not only the sad parts of Canada’s relationship with Indigenous peoples but also about all the incredible contributions Indigenous peoples have made to society.
