Thank you for registering to be part of the Legacy Schools Program! The Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund (DWF) is excited to have you join us on the path to reconciliation.

For us to tailor Legacy Schools to you and to help determine the impact we are having, please take five minutes of your time to fill out the questions below about you and your class/club to the best of your ability.

Your answers will not be linked to your name in any way. The data will only be used in a combined form to inform us of overall patterns in our programming.
