A Day for for Truth and Reconciliation: Amplifying Indigenous Voices

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a rebroadcast of the Indigenous voices we heard on June 30 for A Day to Listen will air on various radio stations across Canada. 

The initial collaboration between Bell Media, Corus Entertainment Inc., Rogers Sports & Media, Stingray Radio, and more followed the public announcement that the remains of 215 children were recovered at the site of the former Kamloops Indian Residential School and growing numbers of children at former residential school sites across Canada. Now, these important stories will be aired once again to educate people in Canada about the true history and experience of Indigenous Peoples.
